General Hospital (GH) has seen many a bad girl – or boy – reformed by the power of parenthood.
Monica (Leslie Charleson) mellowed a bit after AJ was born. Anna (Finola Hughes) went from double-agent spy to heroine once Robin (Kimberly McCullough) was revealed to be her child. Even Carly (Laura Wright) become a little more palatable after Michael’s (Chad Duell) birth? (Your mileage may vary.)
So, is it Nelle’s (Chloe Lanier) turn to get on that brand of Mommy train? Here’s what over 10,000 viewers had to say about the possibility:
Never Ever Ever
Nelle is too far gone, decree 73% of you. This baby means nothing to her beyond a meal ticket and a way to hold onto Michael.
Sure, even Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) got warm and fuzzy over baby Ben (The Infant Now Known as Rocco), and he was just her means for stealing Patrick (Jason Thompson) away from Sabrina (Teresa Castillo) – and not even her biological child!
But Nelle isn’t even capable of that level of affection. She’s cold, all the way through! She’s more like Heather (Robin Mattson), who plotted to kill her son, Steven Lars’ adoptive mother, and gave Franco (Roger Howarth) away without a second thought when he couldn’t do her any good!
Maybe Baby
Anything is possible, hedge a more uncertain 21%. For every Susan Moore – mother of, it would seem, both Jason (Steve Burton) and Drew (Billy Miller) – whom parenthood actually turned into a worse person – there’s a Maxie (Kirsten Storms), who matured after Georgie’s birth. So, who knows which way Nelle will go?
Love Changes Everything!
It’s only a tiny 5%, but there is a contingent who believes the same hormones which got all of the above, will get Nelle, too. Even if she’s teamed up with Ava (Maura West). Ava is a bad girl who, nonetheless, loves Kiki (Hayley Erin) and Avery. Then again, she didn’t exactly change for either of them…
