Will the GH “Angel of Mercy” Strike Again?

That darn serial killer roaming the halls of General Hospital is back again–and it looks like he’s about to claim another life.

From the looks of the new ABC promo, Franco (Roger Howarth) seems to be the main suspect, but we think that’s a red herring to throw us off track. The show has too much invested in him and Liz (Rebecca Herbst) right now to turn him back into a killer.

So, who could it be–and will Nina (Michelle Stafford) be the next target?
