It’s always fun to speculate about the upcoming story on General Hospital and right now there are a couple of things that seem pretty obvious — Ryan will one day come back while Shiloh seems ripe for a whodunit mystery. What if these two threads are somehow interwoven?
Jon Lindstrom already teased that Ryan may be making a comeback at the Nurses’ Ball. The fact that his hand turned up convinced just about no one that he actually died so his return would be about as shocking as there being gambling in Vegas.
What would be shocking is if he ended up having a part to play in a story that actually has nothing to do with him — Dawn of Day.
Motives to want Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) gone are fast and furiously being displayed all across Port Charles.
Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) would want to keep him as far away from ‘son’ Wiley as possible, Kristina’s (Lexi Ainsworth) entire family and their friends would like to do him in, and when others learn they were duped by him, we’re sure the list will grow exponentially.

More than likely, if Shiloh were killed, everyone would become a suspect at one point or another and several will probably even have to go to jail for a little while until more suspects come forward.
So, wouldn’t it be shocking if the town’s resident serial killer turned out to have done the deed for the simple reason that Shiloh was in the wrong place at the wrong time?
Sure, it seems like an awful lot to get in place in time for the upcoming Nurses’ Ball but this story needs the speed to be picked up anyway — so why not?!
