General Hospital‘s Chase is at it again. His unwavering protection of Willow is out of control, to the point that he is risking his happy ending with Brook Lynn.

Key Takeaways

  • Chase is once again protecting Willow and blaming Michael.
  • He doesn’t see how his behavior is endangering his marriage.
  • Brook Lynn will eventually reach her breaking point.
  • Chase is well on his way to losing his wife and family.

Willow Willow Willow

Chase (Josh Swickard) has a huge blind spot when it comes to Willow (Katelyn MacMullen). In his eyes, she can do no wrong, but in reality, she has committed numerous crimes.

Instead of finding fault with his ex, Chase constantly shifts the blame to Michael (Rory Gibson). He accused his wife’s cousin of shooting Drew (Cameron Mathison), and now he believes that Michael framed Willow for Jordan’s (Tanisha Harper) accident.

Chase is causing irreparable damage to his marriage, and, incredibly, he cannot see it.

The Point Of No Return

Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) is close to having all her dreams come true. She married a man she loves and is close to making their family complete with Phoebe’s adoption. The one thing standing in her way is Willow.

Chase loves his wife, which makes his behavior that much more bizarre. He does not understand how his obsession with his ex is affecting his marriage.

Tracy (Jane Elliot) has tried to talk some sense into her grandson-in-law, and it looked like she was finally getting through to him, but he is back to his old tricks. He felt it was his place to confront Michael at the Metro Court pool with his accusations, right in front of Brook Lynn.

BLQ does not want to lose her family, but there will come a time when this is all too much. She should not have to put up with this behavior from her husband. His priority should be his wife, not Willow. Chase is going to push her too far, and he will lose her. He will be very sorry when he throws his life away and then discovers that Willow was the culprit all along. When do you think Brook Lynn will have had enough?
