General Hospital‘s Brook Lynn has finally had enough. She has been ignoring Willow’s dependency on her husband, but no more. A new BLQ has emerged.

Key Takeaways

  • Brook Lynn finally lost it when she witnessed an embrace between Chase and Willow.
  • BLQ is not about to sit idly by and watch Willow steal her husband.
  • Willow is more dangerous than Brook Lynn knows.
  • Michael is manipulating the situation.
  • There may be more family drama within the Qs.

It’s About Time

Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) adores her husband. Chase (Josh Swickard) loves her as well, but he cannot seem to resist Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) when she plays the damsel in distress, and she plays it well.

Chase damaged his relationship with his wife’s family when he went against Michael (Rory Gibson) and sided with Willow when she was accused of shooting Drew (Cameron Mathison). This is sure to come back and bite him one day. Brook Lynn defended her husband and his intentions, even when he was demoted for starting his own investigation.

She looked the other way when Chase constantly defended his ex, and when he ran to her side every time she needed saving. Brook Lynn was even grateful to the congresswoman for helping with their potential adoption of baby Phoebe.

BLQ finally snapped when she accidentally witnessed a too-close-for-comfort hug between Chase and Willow. Brook Lynn knew it was not just a friendly embrace, and the frustration that had been building for months finally came out. She told her rival to back off. She is done being the sweet, understanding wife, and Willow needs to know that.

Relationships Will Shift

This may be the start of some major relationship changes. Brook Lynn is about to take charge. Her marriage and the adoption of Phoebe are the most important things to her, and she is not about to let Willow get in the middle of that. The only problem is that she has no idea how evil Willow really is or what she is capable of. BLQ may be putting herself in danger without realizing it.

Then there is her relationship with her cousin Michael. She has no idea that he is pulling her strings to get rid of Willow. He is quietly whispering doubts about her husband and his ex so that she gets angry, and it is working. Michael is even willing to let his cousin go down for the Curtis (Donnell Turner) and Jordan (Tanisha Harper) car accident so that Chase will turn to Willow. This will surely cause major problems within the Q family.

Things are about to get tense in the Quartermaine mansion. Whose side are you on?
