You can’t blame Kevin for wanting to believe that his psycho brother Ryan could reform on General Hospital — but he really should have known better.
After all, few know the horrible lengths Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) went to when stalking and torturing Felicia than Kevin — and yet we now know that Kevin has found Ryan alive, stuck him in Ferncliff — and has warned no one.
