They’re actors so nice, General Hospital (GH) had to hire them twice (or three times)! Roger Howarth first arrived in Port Charles as his One Life To Live (OLTL) character, Todd Manning. A real-life lawsuit took him right out of town again, only for Howarth to return as the tortured artist, Franco.
Michael Easton made his GH debut at OLTL’s John McBain, then became Silas Clay. Silas died. So Easton turned into Hamilton Finn.
Finn and Franco. Franco and Finn. They sound like a comedy team. Are fans itching to see more of them working together? Almost 7,000 weighed in:
There can never be enough Franco or Finn, 84% of you cheer. Especially paired up against Liesel (Kathleen Gatti). Franco and Finn worked together to figure out that she may be keeping Peter (Wes Ramsey) at the cabin, thanks to their intrepid Boy Scout reporter.
Is the next step Franco and Finn becoming Port Charles’ version of Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid? Mel Gibson and Danny Glover? Bones? It’s the Doctor and the Artist to the rescue! The only question is, who gets to be the crazy one?
Franco and Finn are already great leading men, seeing them as heroes would only be icing on the cake!
It’s bad enough Franco and Finn are eating the show separately, 15% of the audience grumbles, together they’d be unbearable. They’d never stop eating, for one thing.
Finn has wormed his way into the lives of longtime favorites like Anna (Finola Hughes) and Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn). Franco is now the love of Liz’s (Rebecca Herbst) life, and father figure to all three of her kids, Jake, Cameron, and their invisible brother.
You don’t need to see them also save Peter’s life, and bring him, along with Liesel and Nina (Michelle Stafford), to justice.
General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
