While Days of Our Lives (DOOL) fans know him as Andre (and Tony), Thaao Penghlis also appeared on General Hospital (GH) as evil Victor Cassadine — whose brother Mikkos was trying to take over the world with his weather machine.
Victor arrived in Port Charles to help speed things along with brother Tony, who was involved with Alexandria Quartermaine. He was waiting on her for something but Victor was having none of that.
Meanwhile, Luke (Anthony Geary) was helping out Laura (Genie Francis) before he left to join Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) on a caper.
