It feels like Alexis has been in Sonny’s life forever on General Hospital (GH), but obviously that isn’t the case. So what was their first meeting like?
It was classic Sonny (Maurice Benard), trying to charm the pants off the new attorney in town. He needed the best lawyer around to help out with the Michael custody battle against the Quartermaines.
So, of course he approached Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn), except she was immune to his charms and took delight in letting him know just that. This set the stage for way these two best communicate — fun banter with each thinking they have the upper hand.
But since this was their first meeting, Sonny is a little surprised by how it ends. One person who isn’t surprised is Jax (Ingo Rademacher), who is lurking (okay, having a drink at the bar, but still) nearby with a quip of his own.
