It’s no secret that Elizabeth Taylor was a huge fan of General Hospital (GH), and that is why the legendary actress got to appear on the show.

Taylor was especially a major  Luke (Anthony Geary) and Laura (Genie Francis) fan, and even got to appear on the cover of People Magazine with them. So the chance to act with Geary was a huge thrill for her… and for him, as well. In fact, there were even rumors at the time that the two were dating. One thing that can’t be denied is the special chemistry the two shared, even though her character, Helena, placed a curse on Luke and his new bride.
