VIDEO FLASHBACK: Carly Tells Bobbie She’s Her Daughter!

While it seems like Carly and her mom, Bobbie, are as close as a mother and daughter could be on General Hospital (GH), it certainly didn’t start out that way.

In fact, Carly (then Sarah Brown) took a long time to tell Bobbie (Jacklyn Zeman) and instead systematically insinuated herself into her mother’s life, stole her husband, and lied to her over and over again. But then something happened to change everything!

Bobbie helped Carly fight through a snow storm to see her baby again, who was staying with Jason (Steve Burton) after Carly dumped Michael on him and took off after giving birth. Bobbie was so kind to Carly and had genuine affection for Michael, that it moved Carly to finally tell her the truth.

What Carly wasn’t expecting was Bobbie’s reaction to her news. Her reaction was understandably strong (Bobbie has never been a shrinking violet), but then both A.J. (Billy Warlock) and Tony (Brad Maule) weighed in on the situation and it just spiralled out of control.
