Brenda and Sam General Hospital
Sonny seems to have made a habit of marrying women and then watching their limo explode. It happened on General Hospital (GH) back in the 90s when a pregnant Lily dies, and then it happened again in 2011 when Sonny and Brenda FINALLY wed.
Sonny got Brenda in the limo and when he closed the door, he felt like he was reliving one of the most horrific moments of his life when it exploded. However, Brenda didn’t perish.
To everyone’s shock, the badly injured body that got pulled out of the limo was Sam’s. Ultimately, Brenda and Sonny’s marriage didn’t last and Sam clearly recovered, but boy was this a big deal back then.
