VIDEO FLASHBACK: Best of Alexis and Sonny’s Bantering Fun

Sonny and Alexis have been in each other’s orbit for many years on General Hospital (GH), and over those years, they have had some of the best banter of any duo around.

Sonny (Maurice Benard) seemed to understand almost immediately upon meeting Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) how to push her buttons and set her off.

And you have to admit when Alexis is set off, few engage in verbal barbs with the accuracy and hilarity than one of Port Charles’s favorite legal eagles.

It doesn’t hurt that in those early days, the two had a flirtation going that set off intense sparks. Those sparks eventually led to the creation of their daughter Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth).

And while their affair was incredibly short-lived, their friendship has stood the test of time (OK, there have been a few bumps in the road like any friendship). Relive the magic of their best moments below.
