The holidays can be agitating for everyone–especially when all that shopping needs to be done.
Former General Hospital star Vanessa Marcil experienced a stunning bit of retail angst the other day that we think was completely uncalled for.
Marcil shared an Instagram post in which she told a story of being called stupid by an employee at Radio Shack when all she was doing was asking about headphones for her daughter.
Now, remember, the customer is always right and treating anyone giving your establishment business like that is not just rude and wrong–it’s not economically sound.
Marcil isn’t taking the incident lying down and tweeted that she has a lawyer on the case and Radio Shack is aware of what happened.
We hope the rest of Marcil’s holiday season didn’t go as badly as this one bizarre encounter.
Just had an employee named Blanca call me STUPID twice at @radioshack on Vineland in north Hollywood when I asked about headphones for my daughter ?
