General Hospital‘s Trina has once again put herself in the middle of her parents’ problems. This time, she is trying to tell Isaiah what to do, and that is not OK.

Key Takeaways

  • Curtis punched Isaiah, who now has a severely injured hand.
  • Trina wants Portia to have Isaiah go easy on Curtis to keep the peace.
  • Trina is being selfish and demanding.
  • It is time for her to stay out of her parents’ business.

Curtis Is Just Plain Wrong

Curtis (Donnell Turner) has been harassing Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) for weeks. He has told anyone and everyone that Isaiah was involved in his and Jordan’s (Tanisha Harper) accident, but he has no proof. Then, Curtis started a loud argument in a restaurant until Isaiah said something he didn’t like, so he punched him.

Isaiah did severe damage to the hand he landed on. This will affect his career as a surgeon, and he won’t be able to perform a life-saving operation on a young boy. This is a big deal, but Curtis still believes he did nothing wrong. He doesn’t want to see the severity of his actions.

Justine (Nazneen Contractor) will now charge the Aurora CEO with felony assault and battery, and Trina (Tabyana Ali) has put herself right in the middle of the problem.

Trina Being Selfish

Trina had a sit-down with Jordan and Curtis to hear their side of the story. When she left, she ran straight to Portia (Brook Kerr).

In Trina’s eyes, the most important thing is her family. She has finally come to terms with her parents’ divorce, although she didn’t even grow up with Curtis and they were only married for a few short years. She now wants all parties involved to get along and live in perfect harmony. That rarely happens.

Trina asked her mom to tell Isaiah to go easy on Curtis. She pretty much demanded it, stating that if he doesn’t, the family will be ruined. That is not Isaiah’s problem, and he has bigger things to worry about right now. Trina is being extremely selfish.

The PCU student has great things going on in her life; she is in a good relationship, has a future in the art world, and may also have a singing career. It is time for her to stay out of her parents’ business and let them work it out themselves.
