The Scheming Meemees: Who’s Your Favorite General Hospital Schemer?

Schemers make the soap world go round, and General Hospital is no exception. We’ve got an embarrassment of scheming riches in Port Charles, and almost 2,000 fans told us which one is your favorite:

General Hospital Polling: No Sleep Till Brook Lynn

She may look like she’s pregnant with octuplets, but that doesn’t stop Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) from wreaking havoc, or a majority 55% of the audience from loving all of it.

Brook Lynn may not have grown up on the show, but longtime viewers adored her parents, Ned (Wally Kurth) and Lois (Rena Sofer), and still remember Brook Lynn’s birth. As a result, you’re willing to forgive her schemes you’d resent in others – and can’t wait to see what she’ll do next.

Classic Coke

A smaller 21% of you are still loyal to Carly (Laura Wright). She’s been doing this for a long time. And half the fun of watching Carly scheme is trying to guess how this one will blow up in her face. They always do eventually. It’s a bit like the Coyote constantly failing to catch the Road Runner. You gotta give her points for hanging in there!

Mini Me

Maxie (Kirsten Storms) isn’t much better at the scheming thing, 16% sigh, but at least her schemes seem more innocent. Yeah, we know, planning to pretend your baby died in order to get rid of its father, isn’t exactly innocent. But her faith that her scheme will actually work kind of is.

Out Of the Loop

Only 8% voted for Nina (Cynthia Watros), because, we’ve gotta admit, she’s lost her touch. Back in the day, she was stealing babies and manipulating men. Now she just kind of sits around and moons over a baby. Maybe Nina has something major up her sleeve for Wiley, but, for now, she’s going back down to the minor leagues.
