Sonny Corinthos is missing and presumed dead on General Hospital. But he actually is suffering from amnesia and living in another town, calling himself Mike and bringing joy to diner owners who previously had no idea how they got by without him.
Now that Nina (Cynthia Watros) has laid eyes on the still-kicking killer, should she let him know his true identity? What over 3,000 fans want to see happen:
The people of Port Charles hath no greater obligation in life than they should facilitate Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) and Carly’s (Laura Wright) happiness. A majority 80% of you believe Nina is obliged to immediately let Sonny know who he truly is and reunite him with his wife and the assorted children they’ve stolen from other parents over the years. It’s the moral thing to do.
A much smaller 14% of the audience do want to see Sonny filled in and reunited with Carly… but not quite yet. There is quite a bit of story to play out with Nina taking her time, messing with Sonny’s head, seeing what she can get out of it. After all, if Carly is wildly against Nina spending time with her grandson, Wiley, then why should Nina rush to give Carly any good news about her own family member?
A last-place 6% of the viewers are all in on Nina keeping her mouth shut and getting the revenge she’s been itching for. Carly thinks she can decide what everyone in Port Charles knows, gets, and does. Well, Nina’s got a secret now that Mrs. Corinthos would love to know. And she should use it to her full advantage.
