We don’t see him very much as TJ anymore on General Hospital (GH), but when we do it’s always a very special treat. And Tequan Richmond got a treat yesterday when he celebrated his birthday.
Richmond was born on October 20, 1992 in Burlington, North Carolina, making him 25 years old–a milestone birthday indeed.
The actor was only 9 years old when he moved to the L.A. area and began appearing in magazine ads and episodic television. He later became a series regular as Drew on the Chris Rock biopic sitcom, Everybody Hates Chris.
He made his General Hospital debut in 2012 as TJ Ashford, a teen angry at Sonny’s right-hand, Shawn, for killing his father.
TJ later fell for Molly Lansing and learned Shawn is his actual father, and former undercover DEA agent, Jordan, is his mother.
Soap Hub wishes Richmond a very happy birthday and you can too with the tweet link below.
