Sybil the Psychic Predicts the Future: Always Ava on General Hospital

Ava has been plagued by her past affair with serial killer Ryan Chamberlain on General Hospital, but I – Sybil the Psychic (as opposed to Sibley the Psychic) – plan to look into her future to see what the future holds for her.

By examining my crystal ball, laying out the cards, and reading the tea leaves, I plan to predict what’s coming up for Ava (Maura West). But I make no promises because let’s face it – it’s not an exact science (and I’m not really that… talented). Okay, it’s time to dig in.

Near Future
The crystal ball shows that Ava is in desperate need for absolution over her part in her daughter Kiki’s death. She is willing to do just about anything — which will lead her down a dangerous path back to Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) — but she won’t receive the answers she seeks and instead may just fan the flames that burn oh-so-bright for him.

Ava is adrift and unsure where her path truly lies and will turn more and more to people like me (but unfortunately NOT me other than this brief session). Sadly, Ava is looking for answers that she’ll probably never find. The hurt of Kiki’s loss is truly profound and will take a long time to heal — if it ever does.

A Few Weeks Down The Line
Ava chose the Tower card, which is the embodiment of disruption and conflict. But this isn’t just about change. It’s the abrupt and jarring movement that is caused by the unforeseen — traumatic events that are part of life.

As for the past, to make room for the new, the old must be destroyed — ambitions that Ava has been following are built on weak foundations and offer false rewards. For her present, a conflict is coming to a head, causing Ava to reevaluate some relationships in her life.

As for her future, knowing the worst is behind Ava may bring her some comfort and strength. By withstanding her upcoming challenges, Ava’s future will be bright.

Further Into the Future
In reading his tea leaves, I, Sybil the Psychic, spot a bird, which represents good luck. The bird seemed to be flying, which means there is good news from the direction it comes.
