General Hospital's Nelle
Nelle has a chip on her shoulder and a twisted agenda but I – Sybil the Psychic – plan to look into General Hospital future to see what’s ahead for her.

But I make no promises because let’s face it – it’s not an exact science (and I’m not really that…talented).

The crystal ball shows that Nelle has been a little bit naughty in her dealings with those around her. Her employer’s husband Sonny (Maurice Benard) has been bearing the emotional brunt of her revenge plot against Carly (Laura Wright).
While it seemed like Nelle didn’t want to hurt him he is collateral damage. But it looks like there’s a confrontation between the two in Nelle’s future – and that could spell trouble for the wannabe temptress.
A Few Weeks Down the Line
Nelle reached in and pulled out the Ten of Swords card from the tarot deck. This card should strike fear in anyone who believes in the power of the cards – and she should prepare herself for whatever it foreshadows because it could represent disaster or failure. Regarding the past it’s about coming to terms with a sometimes-bitter reality which is needed in order to move forward.

As for the present the end of something important is about to occur and she should be prepared to deal with the consequences. For the future Nelle should beware following the opinions of others as it may lead her away from her own truth.
Long Forecast
In reading the consultant’s tea leaves at the bottom of the cup they seem to form the shape of an anchor – but it’s a bit blurry. The anchor itself is a lucky symbol but because it’s blurry it means the opposite. Nelle should be running into a string of bad luck meaning her schemes may soon blow up in her face.
