General Hospital seems a little confused about what it means to keep a secret. How many people currently know about Baby Wiley’s true parentage? Let us count the ways!
Nelle (Chloe Lanier) knows. She set the plan in motion. Liesl (Kathleen Gatti) knows. She delivered the baby. Brad (Parry Shen) knows. He accepted Nelle’s tot in trade for the baby he and Lucas (Ryan Carnes) adopted from Willow (Katelyn MacMullen).

The WHOLE Truth
Julian (William deVry) already knows Wiley is not the baby he snapped those pics of when he and Brad first met the newborn in the hospital, but he has no idea who Brad really got the replacement Wiley from.
Knowing half the truth will eventually lead to knowing the whole truth, but yes, this is taking a very long time already — nearly a year. Still, Julian knowing ‘his’ grandson is really Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) grandson will be quite a secret to both know and keep, so it has to happen soon.
Mama Drama
And if Dad isn’t up for the job, how about Mom, as 24% of the audience expects Harmony (Inga Cadranel) to put the pieces together. She’s now sharing a cell with Nelle and Nelle might just decide to rant one night, with Harmony putting the entire story together.
Last Place
And then there’s Shiloh (Coby Ryan MacLaughlin), who came in last with only 6% of the vote. You don’t want him to learn the truth about Wiley because you just know he’ll use it to his own advantage.
