On General Hospital, Jason’s taking the blame for shooting WSB Director Ross Cullum. He will do whatever he can to protect Rocco. In the spoilers for Thursday, March 26, Sonny enters the equation after all hell broke loose at the docks and in Alexis’s office. One action he takes is to turn to Ric. Meanwhile, Joss uses her WSB smarts and connects some dots. Which dots would those be?
Key Takeaways.
- Sonny turns to Ric for help as Jason takes the fall to protect Rocco.
- Josslyn connects key clues as Carly offers someone some unsolicited advice.
- Nathan guards a dangerous secret while Sidwell faces unexpected vulnerability.
Brotherly Support
Sonny (Maurice Benard) recently broke the news to Diane (Carolyn Hennesy) that he had hired his half-brother, Ric (Rick Hearst), to handle his more illicit and illegitimate dealings.
Sonny suddenly seeks Ric’s aid in the wake of Jason’s sudden trouble, Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) being shot, and Sidwell (Carlo Rota) potentially being distracted due to his son’s stabbing.
What will Sonny ask Ric to do? Whatever it is, Ric will undoubtedly step up and continue to prove to Sonny that he made the right decision in turning to him. After all, Ric is determined to prove that Sonny can count on him, professionally and personally.
Timely Deductions and Words of Wisdom
Carly (Laura Wright) and Joss (Eden McCoy) are both involved in Thursday’s action, with Carly offering some unsolicited advice. Which, to be fair, is something she often does. The key here is who she’s advising.
Hopefully, this involves the person living in her attic, because lately Carly and Valentin’s scenes have been fun to watch. If not Valentin (James Patrick Stuart), then who benefits from her advice?
Meanwhile, Joss connects the dots. She could piece together the events of what happened in Alexis’s office that resulted in Marco (Adrian Anchondo) being stabbed, or maybe even what went down at the docks.
What matters here is what she does with the information. Whatever she does with her theories, let’s hope that she won’t make things worse for anybody but the bad guys of Port Charles.
Promises and Potential Revelations
Nathan (Ryan Paevey, who talks about Jason and Nathan’s silent understanding) has suddenly found himself in an interesting position. He’s protecting Rocco (Finn Carr) the best he can. He knows Rocco shot Cullum and that Jason (Steve Burton) is taking the blame.
This means he has to keep another monster secret from his best friend and boss. But on Thursday, he might not be thinking about Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) when he ends up making a promise.
Finally, Sidwell has to be in a vulnerable place. If he even has one of those. It’s not like we have seen any evidence of that yet. He has been too busy manipulating the people of Port Charles and leveraging some of its most powerful residents.
All to get everything that works with his and Cullum’s plans for world domination or whatever they’ve been working towards. But things may change for the moment when he learns about Marco. Look for Sidwell to bypass Lucy (Lynn Herring) and open up to Ava (Maura West).
