Port Charles should be renamed Port Chaos this week on General Hospital. Rocco shot Cullum to save Jason, and now his life has changed forever. In spoilers for Wednesday, March 25, 2026, his mom and sister have their own things going on. Charlotte’s hopes are dashed while Lulu issues a warning, something she loves to do.

Key Takeaways

  • Charlotte faces major disappointment while Lulu delivers a serious warning.
  • The fallout from the pier chaos ripples across Port Charles, affecting multiple lives.
  • Chase stumbles into an awkward situation at the worst possible moment.

Mother and Daughter Drama

These days, Charlotte’s main focus is on being there for her father and not hurting her mother. She loves Lulu (Alexa Havins), but if Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) suddenly decided to leave town, she would be right there with him. She’s also keeping an eye out for Nina (Cynthia Watros), who wants to find Valentin so she can get Brennan (Chris McKenna) off her back.

When Charlotte’s hopes are dashed, this means she’s about to experience major disappointment. And a disappointed Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) is a dangerous Charlotte. How will she respond?

Meanwhile, expect Lulu to issue a warning. Lately, those warnings have had everything to do with the WSB. She knows Brennan and Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) have been circling her family — specifically her kids — because they often find themselves in the middle of a lot of trouble. Is that what is happening here?

Port Chaos Fallout

Cullum stabbed Marco (Adrian Anchondo) and left him for dead. Cullum then went after Britt (Kelly Thiebaud), smashed her meds, and then he and Jason (Steve Burton) went head-to-head in a showdown on the docks. Rocco (Finn Carr) was ultimately the one who shot the WSB director.

The fallout from this drama will affect many of Port Charles’s residents for some time to come.

Britt’s life is once again teetering on the brink of disaster. However, her head injury won’t slow her down as she races against time. To what? Join Jason as he heads out of town? Or does this have to do with something else? Elsewhere, Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) delivers bad news. This could be about Marco’s fate.

If this is the worst-case scenario, somebody will have to break the news to Sidwell (Carlo Rota).

A Potential Awkward Situation Erupts

Finally, Chase (Josh Swickard) has a lot going on. He has been dealing with his demotion, helping Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) and Nathan (Ryan Paevey) where he can, but is unable to be on the front lines like he used to.

There’s also the Baby Jane Doe, aka Phoebe, situation. He and Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) are hoping to foster Phoebe while they search for a family member of Delilah’s (Lily Cardone).

But on Wednesday, Chase finds himself in the wrong place at the wrong time. When he interrupts a close moment, who’s the couple that probably won’t be happy to see him?
