On General Hospital, Jason has returned from his trip with Danny. And now is the part when he starts to reconnect with the people he hasn’t seen in months. On Monday, he and Britt reunite. However, just because they’re face-to-face doesn’t mean they will necessarily pick back up where they left off. Meanwhile, Willow is horrified. And Valentin makes a trade. Here’s your spoilers breakdown for Monday, July 27.

Key Takeaways

  • Jason and Britt’s long-awaited reunion gets off to a rocky start.
  • Willow is horrified as trouble closes in, and Nina turns to Jack for support.
  • Valentin makes a high-stakes trade while Ava makes a confession.

Will Jason and Britt’s Reunion Be Rocky or Romantic?

Jason (Steve Burton, who’s nominated for a 2026 Daytime Emmy) hasn’t been back in Port Charles for long. He’s vacationed with Danny (Asher Antonyzyn). And he already has extended an olive branch to Drew (Cameron Mathison) and had a heart-to-heart talk with Rocco (Finn Carr).

At the end of Friday’s episode, he showed up at GH, where he quickly ran into Britt (Kelly Thiebaud). The huge smile that appeared on her face spoke volumes. Unfortunately for her, that smile won’t last long.

In the preview that teases next week’s action, Britt punches Jason. Something tells us that this means the two won’t pick up right where they left off. It looks like Jason’s prison experience has made him rethink the way he wants to live his life.

Willow is Left Reeling

Willow (Katelyn MacMulen) knows she needs to get out of Dodge sooner rather than later. Drew’s moving and he’s talking. And who knows how much longer it’ll be before his locked-in state is a thing of the past.

Brennan (Chris McKenna) has offered Willow and her kids a way out of Port Charles to somewhere safe, away from Michael (Rory Gibson) and Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) reach. But before that happened, Chase (Josh Swickard) dropped by her congressional office and told her that she was needed down at the station.

On Monday, Willow is horrified. This could be about: 1) Being questioned about her connection to Sidwell (Carlo Rota). 2) Time running out to get out of town and away from Michael and the Quartermaines. 3) She learns what Nina (Cynthia Watros) just did to Drew at the Quartermaine lake house.

Nina Needs Immediate Support ASAP

As for Nina, her wild idea turned out to be pushing a seemingly incapacitated Drew into the water. He’s been laid up for months. So even if he has his full faculties, he still might struggle to survive, right? Nina has proved she will do whatever it takes to protect her daughter. But she’ll need help with damage control, cleanup, or whatever else is necessary. Look for her to turn to Jack.

In Other Port Charles News

Confession is hopefully good for the soul when Ava (Maura West) comes clean with Ethan (Nathan Dean). Meanwhile, Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) is focused on getting his money back so he can create a life here in Port Charles for himself and Charlotte (Bluesy Burke). So his plan is to give Brennan his black box back…for a price.

He wants the WSB to unfreeze his money and allow him to live his best life. He knows that Jack wants the box back badly. This is his best move that mostly keeps him on the up and up.
