General Hospital Spoilers Weekly Update: Secret’s Out & Someone’s Dead

General Hospital spoilers for the week of December 16-20, 2024 tease Port Charles coping with a shocking secret and an even more shocking death.

Episode 15606 AIR DATE: MONDAY, DECEMBER 9, 2024

As the Christmas tree lot opened in Port Charles, Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) helped Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) pick out a tree and bring it home. The two reminisced about old dreams and Lucky’s dad before Elizabeth grabbed Cameron’s (ex-William Lipton) guitar and Lucky serenaded her. Meanwhile, Josslyn (Eden McCoy) and Trina (Tabyana Ali) had help picking out their tree from Good (Giovanni Mazza) and Dex (Evan Hofer), who spotted Cyrus (Jeff Kober) and let him know he saw him at GH on Halloween, assuming he was there to see Lulu (Alexa Havins). Later, Cyrus thought back to being there on Halloween and giving Sam the digitalis that killed her. Laura (Genie Francis) reunited with Martin (Michael E. Knight) and updated him on what’s been going on with Cyrus. Sonny (Maurice Benard) comforted a distraught Kristina (Kate Mansi) and offered to give her Charley’s.

Episode 15607 AIR DATE: TUESDAY, DECEMBER 10, 2024

Brennan (Charles Mesure) confronted Carly (Laura Wright) about the bug in his office and assured her he didn’t know where Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) was, while Lulu barged into Nina’s (Cynthia Watros) office demanding answers. When Nina swore she knew nothing and called hotel security, Carly arrived and reunited with Lulu before bringing her to talk to Brennan. Curtis (Donnell Turner) played along as Drew (Cameron Mathison) dangled the CEO position in front of him and later assured Michael (Chad Duell) that Drew would get what’s coming to him. Trina confided in Josslyn about Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) proving to be a good partner and possibly a better art student than she is. While Felicia (Kristina Wagner) took the kids to pick out a tree, a fight amongst college students broke out in Rice Plaza. Dex got it under control and confiscated alcohol from them, and when he stepped away to throw it out, he was stabbed in the back by a mystery person. Brad (Parry Shen) informed Lucas (Van Hansis) that he was also attending the conference in Miami. Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) told Maxie (Kirsten Storms) she plans on keeping the baby, while Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) met up with Drew to tell him she plans on telling Michael about their affair after Christmas.

Episode 15608 AIR DATE: WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 11, 2024

Jason dragged Martin into his office and he and Anna interrogated him over Valentin, while Carly showed up to tell Jason that Brennan knew about the bug just as Spinelli discovered that Valentin is in Zurich. Meanwhile, Brennan made a plan to track down Valentin via Charlotte’s (Scarlett Fernandez) phone. Curtis confided in Jordan (Tanisha Harper) about Drew’s doublecross, and later Jordan ran into Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) at GH and he joined her in going to Rice Plaza for the Christmas fair. Drew asked Nina to be the one to break it to Curtis that he’s not becoming CEO. Joss hurried to GH to see Dex and he assured her he’s fine, offering to take her on vacation over the holiday break.

Episode 15609 AIR DATE: THURSDAY, DECEMBER 12, 2024

Everyone gathered at the Quartermaine Mansion for the Christmas party, but when PCU’s football game took precedence, Tracy (Jane Elliot) tried getting everyone focused on the party instead of the game. Even Dex watched from his hospital room, rooting for Llanview while Josslyn rooted for PCU. When the cable was out, forcing everyone to watch on Joss’ phone, Michael cast the game to the TV from his phone. But when Tracy had enough and tried turning it off, a glitch made Michael’s video of Willow and Drew appear on the screen. While Sonny met with Natalia (Eva LaRue) over Deception, they had a run-in with Ric (Rick Hearst) and Ava (Maura West), whose card unexpectedly got declined. Kristina told Alexis about her plan to run Charley’s. At GH, Elizabeth was alerted of monitors going off from an unknown patient’s room.

Episode 15610 AIR DATE: FRIDAY, DECEMBER 13, 2024

Everyone was shocked by the footage until Michael turned it off. Carly lashed out at Drew while Willow confronted Michael over keeping the secret. Nina convinced Willow to take the kids to her house, afraid of Michael’s vengeance, but Carly showed up just in time and stopped them. Ava called Lucas to save her and Ric from being unable to pay for their dinner. Trina headed to the football stadium to support Kai and the two bonded. Joss went to GH to see Dex and walked in on Isaiah and Elizabeth trying to stabilize him. After Anna explained that she arrived when they were working on him, Isaiah came out and broke the news that they lost him.
