General Hospital spoilers for March 24-28 tease an uncertain relationship after Carly’s life was threatened after a night with Brennan.

After Carly (Laura Wright) drank the champagne that was delivered to Brenna’s (Chris McKenna) room, Brennan noticed the label was torn and Carly fainted. When he got her to GH, they learned she had polonium poisoning. When Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) sneaked to his old house, he was caught by Sonny (Maurice Benard) holding him at gunpoint. Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) admitted to Chase (Josh Swickard) that Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) is her baby’s father, and he balanced his anger and support of his wife. Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) arrived at Trina’s (Tabyana Ali) with a birthday gift and she decided to tell him all about Spencer (ex-Nicholas Alexander Chavez). Marti (Michael E. Knight) got a shock when Anna (Finola Hughes) and an agent showed up at Laura’s (Genie Francis) with plans to arrest him for late alimony, at the hands of Tracy (Jane Elliot).

Anna called Robin (ex-Kimberly McCullough) to get the polonium cure for Carly, then called Jason (Steve Burton) to let him know Carly was in the hospital. Sonny (Maurice Benard) held Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) at gunpoint while Valentin let him know that the person targeting him was named Siliski. Lulu (Alexa Havins) asked Dante if Rocco (Finn Carr) could move in with her, much to his dismay. Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) spoke with Jason and agreed to accept his help with the baby. At the WSB headquarters, Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) explained to Josslyn (Eden McCoy) that her life will never be the same now that she’s an agent. In Miami, Lucas (Van Hansis) woke up with a shirtless Marco (Adrian Anchondo), who assured him that nothing happened between them. But when Marco left Lucas’ hotel room, Brad (Parry Shen) walked up, witnessing Marco leave.

Laura caught Valentin at her door and tried convincing him to turn himself in, but instead, he went back on the run. Sonny put Brick (Stephen A. Smith) on the case to find Siliski, then got a visit from Dante, who vented about Lulu wanting Rocco to live with her. Later, he got a call from Brennan and let him know Valentin’s whereabouts, so Brennan let him know Carly was at GH in return. Jason went to see Carly, then Sonny arrived to see her. When Anna found out Sonny gave up Valentin, she hurried to find him before Brennan did. Meanwhile, Brennan found Valentin on the pier and held him at gunpoint. Nina (Cynthia Watros) offered to buy Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) a house to keep her away from Drew (Cameron Mathison). Ava (Maura West) learned she’s almost entirely broke. Tracy happily informed Drew that his lawyer had been arrested, but when Willow got home, she out Tracy in her place in attempt to defend her boyfriend. When Cody (Josh Kelly) was arrested for grand theft auto, Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn), Ric (Rick Hearst), and Molly (Kristen Vaganos) argued over his representation until he finally revealed it was his own car.

Sonny updated Laura on Valentin. Chase went to see Lulu and threatened to charge her for breaking into Martin’s hotel room if she told Dante about Brook Lynn’s baby, while Brook Lynn and Lois had it out again, ending in Lois deciding to go back to Bensonhurst. As Brennan held Valentin at gunpoint on the pier, Anna and Jason showed up and Anna placed Valentin under arrest. After, Jason confronted Brennan about what happened to Carly. Felicia (Kristina Wagner) sat with Carly and they reminisced about Bobbie (the late Jackie Zeman).
Episode 15674 AIR DATE: FRIDAY, MARCH 21, 2025
Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) confirmed to Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) that she wants a relationship with him. When Willow turned down Nina’s house offer, Nina broke into Drew’s house to find dirt from his safe. At the sports program press conference at GH, Drew tried recruiting Kai to politics and Curtis warned Kai about Drew. Portia (Brook Kerr) continued playing nice with Drew, all while having his medical file. Alexis refused to give Ava a loan, then was summoned to the PCPD by Valentin, who have Jason intel on Brennan. Jason ordered Carly to no longer see Brennan.
