General Hospital Spoilers Weekly Update: Lucky Stays, Marshall Goes

General Hospital spoilers for the week of October 7-October 11, 2024 tease a big reunion after Lucky finally arrived home to Port Charles.

Episode 15560 AIR DATE: MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 30, 2024

Straight off the plane from Somalia, Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) went to GH with Jason (Steve Burton) and met Portia (Brook Kerr) and Terry (Cassandra James). He got tested before visiting his sister. Meanwhile, Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) informed Aiden (Colin Cassidy, who made his GH debut) about his father’s return, and later, confided in Terry about her feelings about Lucky. When Lucky left GH and went to Bobbie’s, he walked in and came face-to-face with Elizabeth as Portia got his test results that revealed he’s a match. Nina (Cynthia Watros) and Curtis (Donnell Turner) discussed Drew’s (Cameron Mathison) campaign while Brennan (Charles Mesure) informed Robert (Tristan Rogers) of Holly’s (Emma Samms) return. Holly visited Mac (John J. York) and he told her he was worried about Holly’s return ruining Robert’s life. (Finola Hughes) told Felicia (Kristina Wagner) everything that happened in Somalia while Jason gave Carly (Laura Wright) the rundown, but neither of them mentioned their kiss.

Episode 15561 AIR DATE: THURSDAY, OCTOBER 3, 2024

Molly (Kristen Vaganos) visited Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) in prison, but wound up in a fight over Alexis’ determination to protect Kristina (Kate Mansi). Ava (Maura West) asked Trina (Tabyana Ali) to run the gallery while she goes through the trial, but Trina told her she was going back to PCU. Later, Ric (Rick Hearst) stopped by the gallery to talk about her case when he got Heather’s (Alley Mills) new test results that proved to be different from GH’s. Curtis (Donnell Turner) found out Marshall (Robert Gossett) was offered a spot on a tour, but when his dad told him he wasn’t going, Curtis gave him the push he needed. Portia (Brook Kerr) ran into Brad (Parry Shen) at GH and he assured her he planned on being a good employee this time around. After Lucky approached Elizabeth at Bobbie’s, they talked about their son before going to GH for Lucky’s final test. They ran into Sam (Kelly Monaco, who recently promised a proper statement regarding her exit) and Jason, who talked things out and ended things on good terms.

Lucas (Van Hansis, who made his GH debut) returned to Port Charles and reunited with Carly before starting his new job at GH where he confronted Brad (Parry Shen) and told him he wants nothing to do with him. When Ric told Ava someone must have tampered with Heather’s test results, she realized it had to be Portia. Ric realized Ava knew more than she let on and she later informed Portia that Ric was on to her. Violet (Jophielle Love) got sent home from school for hitting a bit who insulted her dad and Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) and Chase (Josh Swickard) comforted her. Trina saw Gio (Giovanni Mazza) playing violin outside Bobbie’s and offered him another gig at the gallery, but he turned her down due to what Ava did to Kristina and the two clashed, but Joss showed up and got them to make up. Lucky visited Sonny (Maurice Benard) and the two discussed fatherhood, and later Lucky shared his worries about his and Lulu’s surgeries with Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson).

Coming up in Port Charles, Laura (Genie Francis) returns and reunited with Lucky, while Lulu’s transplant may be underway as Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) remains hopeful and Elizabeth worries about her old love.
