General Hospital spoilers for the week of September 30 – October 4, 2024 tease major returns to Port Charles after an explosive week.

Josslyn (Eden McCoy) met Brennan (Charles Mesure), who showed up at Bobbie’s to talk to Carly (Laura Wright). Portia (Brook Kerr) found out that Brad (Parry Shen) was rehired and warned Terry (Cassandra James) that she would be keeping an eye on him. Later, after she told Trina (Tabyana Ali) about Heather’s (Alley Mills) Cobalt levels, Portia flashed back to the way she changed the results in Heather’s file. Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) talked to Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) about how Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) needing to be rescued to save Lulu’s life is similar to the way Drew (Cameron Mathison) was rescued to save hers. TJ (Tajh Bellow) confided in Curtis (Donnell Turner) about his grief while Molly (Kristen Vaganos) went to a bar and ran into Dex (Evan Hofer).

When Diane (Carolyn Hennesy) caught Carly flirting with Brennan, she informed Carly she needed to make her affair with Sonny believable and not be flirting with other men. When Carly went to see Sonny at the restaurant, she caught him holding hands with Natalie (Eva LaRue) and lashed out at him. Meanwhile, Alexis got a visit from Martin, who informed her that he’s her attorney and her only way out is to prove that Sonny killed Cates (ex-Adam Harrington). TJ confided in Stella (Vernee Watson) about his frustration with Molly after Molly brought him breakfast to make up for coming home late the night before. Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) brought Kristina (Kate Mansi) home to her apartment when Chase (Josh Swickard) showed up to question her about the night of the murder. Dante instinctively called Diane, who showed up and shooed Chase away. Chase later found Dante at GH and warned him not to get involved in the investigation again.

Sam (Kelly Monaco) begged Carly to recant her statement about being with Sonny the night of the murder in order to help free her mom, but Carly insisted her statement was true. Sonny applauded Kristina for seeking help for her mental health crisis. Jordan (Tanisha Harper) visited Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) and confided in him about her grief over Irene. Molly met with Martin to find out how he intends on helping her mom. While Anna (Finola Hughes) and Jason (Steve Burton) tried getting on Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) good side, Lucky broke free from his cell. Holly (Emma Samms) caught him, but before she could explain, Sidwell caught them talking and brought them to the game room in handcuffs. Lucky saw Anna and Jason and Sidwell announced he was on to all of them and a three-person poker game for their lives would settle the score.

Tracy (Jane Elliot) met with Stella on Gregory’s (ex-Gregory Harrison) bench and the two chatted about grief. Things heated up between Cody (Josh Kelly) and Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) until Tracy walked in on them in the stables. Drew (Cameron Mathison) and Ned (Wally Kurth) had it out over Michael (Chad Duell) running ELQ, and when their conversation interrupted Michael and Willow’s date and Willow took off, Drew sneaked away to see her and she told him to stay away from her. Later, James (Gary James Fuller) asked Ned about kissing and guilt before revealing he overheard Willow and Nina (Cynthia Watros) talk about Willow kissing Drew. Before the big poker game, Jason told Lucky about Lulu’s condition. Jason let Lucky win the game and was taken to a cell with Anna where the two shared a kiss.
Episode 15559 AIR DATE: FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 27, 2024
At Sidwell’s camp, after Jason and Anna kissed, they were brought outside to be killed while Lucky struggled to fight off Sidwell. The WSB dropped a bomb on the camp to try and help them, giving Jason and Anna the opportunity to rescue Lucky. Holly had taken off, but when they all made it outside of the camp, she rolled up in a truck to save them. When Sidwell made it out, he realized Holly took his diamonds. On the flight, Lucky called GH and Elizabeth answered. Tracy apologized to Cody and Sasha and let them know they have her blessing. Lucy (Lynn Herring) updated Natalia on Sonny’s love life, who was on a fake date with Carly. Robert (Tristan Rogers) and Diane went on a date.
Coming up, Port Charles is gearing up for some major returns as Lucky comes home and Lucas (Van Hansis, who is joining GH) returns just in time for Brad to be back working at the hospital. The show will be promoted on October 1 and October 2, with a possible preemption on October 3.
