After Michael (Chad Duell) told Carly (Laura Wright) he wanted to go to the clinic in Germany, he asked to see Sasha (Sofia Mattsson). While Carly found Sasha, Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) went in to see him and apologized for everything that happened between them. But when Michael’s pain worsened, Portia (Brook Kerr) was forced to sedate him before Sasha arrived. When the jet arrived to take Michael, Brennan (Charles Mesure) saw Carly off. When Tracy (Jane Elliot) still wouldn’t give up where the kids were, Anna (Finola Hughes) called Jason (Steve Burton) to try and handle his family. Tracy refused to back down and wound up being put in a cell while Jason found Drew (Cameron Mathison) and Willow cozy in the GH chapel. Sasha confided in Maxie (Kirsten Storms) about her and pending motherhood, while Kristina (Kate Mansi) and Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) ran into Ava (Maura West) at the pier, and Alexis warned Ava to stay away from her daughter. Alexis met Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and gave him paperwork regarding Wyndemere, while Ava went to Sonny’s office and battered him about the fire. When she left, Sonny had another AFib episode that left him unconscious on the floor.

At the re-opening of Charlie’s, Kristina welcomed in Maxie, Spinelli (Bradford Anderson), and Brick (Stephen A. Smith), while Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) was joined by Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) and Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson). Jordan (Tanisha Harper) arrived to meet Isaiah, making Brick jealous. After Natalia (Eva LaRue) found Sonny unconscious on the floor, she found his medication and put one in his mouth before he finally regained consciousness. She attempted to bring him to the hospital, but he asserted that he couldn’t go to GH and asked her to call Isaiah instead. He arrived and warned Sonny that his heart problem was only going to get worse if he didn’t get checked out. Back at Charlie’s, Lucky and Elizabeth asked Martin (Michael E. Knight) questions about his brother and he revealed that Cyrus (Jeff Kober) had always wished he could relieve their ill mother from her pain. When Cody (Josh Kelly) showed up and saw Spinelli, he got the bright idea to try and get another $75,000 in hush money from Spinelli over the secrets he kept about Spinelli’s dating app. Spinelli refused, and their argument ended in Lucky trying to calm things down and getting punched by Cody. Lulu (Alexa Havins) showed up at the PCPD to talk to Tracy, while Jason told Willow she could have the kids back as long as she moved back into the gatehouse. The compromise meant Tracy’s charges were dropped while Cody was hauled in.

While Elizabeth tended to Lucky’s wounds, Cody ignored Molly’s (Kristen Vaganos) attempt to resolve things until Mac (John J. York) showed up and gave his son a talking-to. Lucas (Van Hansis) refreshed the Cyrus (Jeff Kober) theory to Josslyn (Eden McCoy). Brick found Sonny a discreet doctor in LA while Natalia insisted on checking up on him. Ric (Rick Hearst) showed Ava (Maura West) her best option to live, and then the two shared a kiss. Lucy (Lynn Herring) joined Sidwell (Carlo Rota) at the re-opening of Charlie’s, where Jordan spotted him. She went to Laura’s (Genie Francis) office to tell her he was back, and when they found out he had no outstanding warrants, she got a request from Lucy to meet with him.

Tracy barged in on Willow and Nina at the gatehouse and laid down the rules: no Drew. Meanwhile, Drew tried convincing Curtis (Donnell Turner) to let him back at Aurora, but Curtis turned him down. Brennan surprised Carly in Germany and comforted her as Michael began his recovery. Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) found out he’ll never play football again. At Deception, Maxie played referee as Lulu, and Brook Lynn made amends, but when Tracy showed up, she immediately gave Lulu the assistant job. Joss decided to sign up to volunteer at Turning Woods, hoping to catch Cyrus in the act. Laura let Anna in on her meeting with Sidwell, who assured them he would cause no trouble despite their suggestions he leave Port Charles.
Coming up in Port Charles, some unexpected news will rock Brook Lynn, while Sasha may make an admission to Jason.
