Portia (Brook Kerr) and Terry (Cassandra James) held a meeting with Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) and GH’s lawyer to discuss what happened to Dex (ex-Evan Hofer), but Ric (Rick Hearst) showed up and suggested Elizabeth doesn’t answer their questions. Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) ran into Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) at the gym and confided in him about wanting to prove Elizabeth’s innocence. Lucas (Van Hansis) told Kristina (Kate Mansi) about how Ava (Maura West) supported him when he confronted Willow (Katelyn MacMullen), then Lucky came in seeking the new bartending job. Ava went to Laura (Genie Francis) for help with her finances, but when Laura couldn’t help, she went to Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) who slammed the door in her face. Alexis also asked Sonny (Maurice Benard) take Charley’s back from Kristina, but he refused. Later, he went to the gym and had another chest pain that made him collapse. Trina (Tabyana Ali) bonded with Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) over her favorite painting in the gallery. In Prague, Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) interrupted Lulu’s (Alexa Havins) reunion with Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez). The two went back and forth about who Charlotte should be with when Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) showed up and Valentin accused them of an ambush while a mysterious shooter across the street aimed their gun at Valentin.

After Brennan’s assistant shot at Valentin, everyone ducked, giving Valentin the opportunity to escape with Charlotte. Lulu used the air tag to try tracking them, but they remained missing and Lulu blamed Dante for the turn of events. Back in Port Charles, Sonny collapsed onto the boxing ring and Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) showed up to help. Once he called paramedics and got Sonny stabilized, he informed him that he had an a-fib episode and his heart was a ticking time bomb. Ava tried asking Alexis for help again with getting her fortune back, but Alexis happily turned her down. Anna (Finola Hughes) met with Brennan and demanded he stay away from Emma (Braedyn Bruner). Drew (Cameron Mathison) convinced Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) to go to his inauguration in DC, while Sasha came clean with Michael about her pregnancy. She asked he stays out of the baby’s life in order for it to not be raised as a Corinthos or a Quartermaine, and he reluctantly agreed.

After Jason (Steve Burton) walked in on Isaiah making a house call for Sonny, he learned about Sonny’s heart trouble. Sonny asked if he would take over the business, but Jason declined. Michael convinced Sasha to stay in Port Charles, and when she went to GH for prenatal care, she was forced to meet with patient advocate Felicia (Kristina Wagner), who stepped up to help her with her pregnancy. Michael overheard Nina (Cynthia Watros) venting to Curtis (Donnell Turner) about Willow joining Drew in DC, then called Diane (Carolyn Hennesy) to inform her that Willow took his son out of state without his permission. In Prague, Lulu continued tearing into Dante while Valentin comforted a worried Charlotte, who decided she wants to stay with him instead of going back with her mom.
