Brennan (Charles Mesure) introduced himself to Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Carly (Laura Wright) forced the two to get along. Later, Sonny and Kristina (Kate Mansi) left to attend the Rice Plaza tree lighting, where they ran into Dante (Dominic Zamrogna), Rocco (Finn Francis Carr), and Lulu (Alex Havins). They all watched as Laura (Genie Francis) lit the tree while Rocco got a text from “C,” who called and revealed herself to be Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez), asking to talk to her mom. Lulu convinced her to give her location and asked Rocco to promise not to tell anyone before she took off to the airport. Also at Rice Plaza was Gio (Giovanni Mazza), who was approached by an unfamiliar girl who asked him to hold a wallet for her. He overheard a man reporting his wallet stolen and confronted the girl, who admitted she saw the man rip off a vendor and wanted to make sure the vendor got the money they were owed. Meanwhile, as everyone gathered at Maxie (Kirsten Storms) and Spinelli’s (Bradford Anderson) for Christmas Eve, the couple ran around in true Spixie fashion searching for missing Christmas gifts while Anna’s surprise arrived, revealing herself to be Emma (Braedyn Bruner, who made her GH debut), the girl who met Gio.

After Sonny and Kristina spent time at Rice Plaza, she went back to her dad’s penthouse and admitted she wouldn’t have made it through the year without him. After she went to bed, Sonny noticed it had started to snow, but as he went to turn the lights off, he winced in pain with a hand to his chest. While Dante and Laura waited for Lulu to come to the mansion for Christmas Eve, Rocco finally admitted that Charlotte contacted him and Lulu took off to find her. Lulu made her plane to Zurich while Brennan’s assistant followed and kept an eye on her. Michael (Chad Duell) confided in Jason (Steve Burton) about his marriage while Lucas (Van Hansis) confronted Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) about Wiley’s (Viron Weaver) well-being now that she destroyed her family. Brook Lynn’s (Amanda Setton) Christmas gift to Chase (Josh Swickard) was a pregnancy test, telling him she’s late, but the test turned out negative.

After Anna found out that Emma was kicked out of school, she told her she could only transfer to PCU if she loves with her, much to her granddaughter’s dismay. Emma later ran into Joss, hinting at their ongoing rivalry because of Cameron (ex-William Lipton) after Joss asked Brennan for help getting video footage from the night Dex (ex-Evan Hofer) was stabbed. Brennan said it was deleted, then made a call asking for the footage to be pulled. Meanwhile, Michael met with Diane (Carolyn Hennesy) to go over legal options for his marriage, while Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) informed Maxie she plans on leaving Port Charles before Michael called her asking to meet.artin (Michael E. Knight) came to inform Laura and Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) that Ace was named the heir to the Cassadine fortune. Jason stopped by Anna’s to inform her that Charlotte had been tracked down while Lulu finally reunited with her daughter at a cafe before Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) appeared.
