The General Hospital spoilers weekly video promo for the week of October 14, 2024, is here. Find out what explosive situations will happen this week in Port Charles. (Also, check out our weekly GH Spoilers here).
Looks like everything’s coming up new this week in Port Charles.
On Friday, Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) rushed to stop his dad from confessing everything to Anna (Finola Hughes). And it looked like he was about to tell his dad about the missing gun that would exonerate Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn). The PCPD has it, but that little bit of information was being kept under wraps.
When Martin (Michael E. Knight) arrives on the scene demanding to know about this new evidence, has Dante already come clean? Or will Sonny (Maurice Benard) hear the news courtesy of the lawyer he hired to free Alexis?

Speaking of coming clean, it seems like it’s confession time for Portia (Brook Kerr). Does she go through with revealing to Curtis (Donnell Turner) that she messed with Heather’s test results? He’s got his disappointed face on, so what will he do with this news? Will he back his wife?
Another match for Lulu materializes just in time for her health to take a turn. The look on Dante’s face says it all. She’s crashing, and there’s nothing he can do about it. Who is this miracle match? Will they agree? And how long before this transplant can happen?

Finally, Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) opens the door to a surprise twist. With the way she says, “What are you doing here,” we’re not sure if this is a good or bad twist. If it’s someone from her past, is it a long-lost relative or an ex?
