The General Hospital spoilers weekly video promo for the week of November 11, 2024, is here. Find out what explosive situations will happen this week in Port Charles. (Also, check out our weekly GH Spoilers here).

Deceit & Destruction

This week, election results will probably provide the least amount of drama. Not when there are about to be fist fights, secrets spilled, potential pregnancies, and a potential exit planned.

First, Drew (Cameron Mathison) takes time out of his philandering to find out whether his political dreams will be fulfilled or dashed. At the podium, he says, “You can count on me.” Does this mean he gets to fill the late Congressman McConkey’s (Sam McMurray) seat in Washington, D.C.?

“You can count on me” isn’t what Drew’s family will say when everybody finds out that Drew and Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) are sleeping together. It looks like Michael (Chad Duell) witnesses a stolen moment between his uncle and his wife. Does this happen before or after he spills the tea to Jason (Steve Burton) at a bar?

Armed with this news, it’s no shock that Jason and Drew come to blows this week, right? After all, Jason is highly overprotective of Carly’s (Laura Wright) kids. He’s going to do what he needs to do to have Michael’s back.

In other news, Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) infuriatingly tells Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) that he can’t stay in Port Charles. What? Why is he saying this? Doesn’t he want to be there for his sister? Well, maybe some actual news about Lulu (Alexa Havins) this week will change his mind.

Finally, we hear a voice — maybe a nurse’s voice — say, “Any chance you can be pregnant?” The interesting thing here are the images that accompany this voiceover, namely, Molly (Kristen Vaganos), Willow, Sasha (Sofia Mattsson), and Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton). Is that why Lois (Rena Sofer) unleashes a “Holy cannoli” earlier in the promo?
