The General Hospital spoilers video preview shows a winter storm hits Port Charles just as one hit the U.S. in real life. Everybody’s cold. And nobody can be trusted. Here’s the breakdown for the week of January 26-30.
Key Takeaways
- A deadly chill hits PC: A catastrophic blizzard traps allies and enemies alike — and no one knows who to trust.
- Secrets and surveillance: Joss refuses to stay sidelined.
- Jason on a mission: Amid the storm, Jason fights to protect Britt as danger circles from all sides.
This Week on GH: The Cold Sets In
Valentin and Carly
Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) watches “a catastrophic blizzard” hit Port Charles from the safety of Carly’s attic. Carly (Laura Wright) is in the background. Will those two remain safe, or will one or both have to brave the winter storm to continue their plan to bring down Brennan (Chris McKenna)?
WSB Agent Josslyn Jacks
Speaking of Brennan, last week he deactivated Joss (Eden McCoy) and told her he had kept her name off the books because he didn’t want it on the radar of certain people. One of those individuals is WSB Director Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes). Now that the man is in town, Brennan wants to make sure Joss continues to be off his radar. Well, Joss didn’t take too kindly to being shelved.
She immediately visited Lucas (Van Hansis) at Wyndemere. And this week, she’s out in blizzard conditions, spying on someone with binoculars. Who is she tracking? Meanwhile, Nathan (Ryan Paevey) and Lulu (Alexa Havins) are apparently together when the storm rages through PC. What are they looking at?
Brick’s Warning
The only voice we hear, other than the narrator, is Brick’s. And he has a strong warning for someone: “You cannot trust anybody,” he says. Who is he talking to? Sonny (Maurice Benard)? Jordan (Tanisha Harper)? Jason (Steve Burton)? As Brick (Stephen A. Smith) utters those words, we see Anna (Finola Hughes) standing in her fake apartment, which doubles for her very real prison. And somebody opens the door.
This could be one of her captors. But it could also mean that somebody might come to her rescue, accidentally or very much on purpose. Is Anna about to go free? Or is this simply another torture tactic?
Jason Protects Britt
And when Brick’s warning continues and he says, “I mean no one,” we see Jason and Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) looking cold, wet, and miserable. It appears that Jason didn’t let her attempt to push him away happen. According to the weekly spoilers, he is a man on a mission: to save Britt from herself and, subsequently, from the likes of Cullum, Sidwell (Carlo Rota), and Pascal (Marc Forget).
