The latest General Hospital spoilers video preview features a Chase and Michael showdown. And even though there’s not much love and affection between Lucas and Britt, he insists on helping remove her from her Sidwell situation. Here’s the breakdown for the week of February 23-27, 2026.

Key Takeaways

  • Chase’s pursuit of justice spirals into a physical showdown with Michael.
  • Despite their history, Lucas risks everything when he decides to save Britt from Sidwell.
  • As tempers flare, alliances shift, and justice becomes deeply personal for Sonny and Justine.

This Week on GH: Justice is Complicated

GH’s moral of the story this week is that justice is complicated. Chase’s warped sense of justice led him to the wrong conclusions, but he doesn’t know that yet. And lines are blurred for Justine and Sonny.

Lucas and Britt

But first, Lucas (Van Hansis) decides to play the hero. And to do it, he will have to face his boyfriend’s father. And undoubtedly, Marco’s father’s wrath. “We can’t get away from Sidwell until I get you out,” Lucas tells Britt (Kelly Thiebaud, who appears on State of Mind this week). It seems like Britt will have to rethink everything she knows about Lucas. If he’s willing to risk his life to help her out, he can’t be that bad, right?

Getting her away from Sidwell (Carlo Rota), Marco (Adrian Anchondo), and Pascal (Marc Forget) won’t be easy.

Chase Versus Michael

It looks like Chase’s world might be ready to blow up all over again. It wasn’t enough that he was demoted for his undermining of the police investigation into Drew’s (Cameron Mathison) shooting. Chase (Josh Swickard) had to intervene and manipulate the situation after the trial ended and a jury handed down a not-guilty verdict for Willow (Katelyn MacMullen).

He put a bug in Nathan’s (Ryan Paevey) ear about Michael (Rory Gibson) potentially having a key to Drew’s house on his keychain. And wouldn’t you know it. A search warrant later, and it turned out that he did. Only Michael had no idea where the key came from. However, Wiley (Viron Weaver) saw Chase with the keys. And now things don’t look good for Chase.

This also doesn’t look good for Chase’s face, because Michael is livid and throwing punches while Ric (Rick Hearst) can’t believe what he sees. And it doesn’t look good for Chase’s marriage either. “What did you actually do?” Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) asks her husband. “I just want to see justice served,” Chase responds. Why isn’t it enough for him that Willow got off scot-free?

Justine and Sonny

Apparently, Sonny (Maurice Benard), the town mobster, and Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor), the town ADA, get closer this week. “Sonny may care about you as long as you don’t get in the way,” Jordan (Tanisha Harper) claims. Well, we only hear Jordan. What we see is Justine and Sonny, standing very close to each other.
