The General Hospital spoilers video preview for the week of December 1, 2025, is here. It’s looking a lot like Thanksgiving in Port Charles. In the surprise column, Gio and Emma show up at the Quartermaines for Thanksgiving while Jordan tempts fate at the Ashfords. Drew and Willow are going to make another attempt at getting married. And in the danger column, Curtis has a very important question for Nathan. And Carly is under attack.

This Week on GH: “Thanksgiving Surprise”
Gio (Giovanni Mazza) and Emma (Braedyn Bruner) make Brook Lynn’s year when they show up at the Quartermaines ready to celebrate. “Happy Thanksgiving,” they exclaim to Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton), who opens the door to them. But are they ready for what the holiday may bring at the Quartermaine mansion? That would be gratitude…and, most likely, pizza.
Meanwhile, Jordan (Tanisha Harper) brings a special dish to Thanksgiving at the Ashfords. However, her presence won’t be as welcome as Gio’s is at the Quartermaines. At least not from Trina (Tabyana Ali), who doesn’t look too happy to see the former deputy mayor at her dad’s door. The last time the two spoke, she made it clear to Jordan she would do whatever it took to keep her and her father apart. Will Jordan even get to celebrate with Curtis (Donnell Turner)?
Nina (Cynthia Watros) has a very important question for her daughter, Willow (Katelyn MacMullen). “Do you really want to do this?” That’s what everybody wants to know. And that’s what everybody is about to see. According to the weekly spoilers, Willow walks down the aisle. But will she say, “I Do?” The teasers also hint at Willow making a big decision, so this could lead to another disappointment for Drew (Cameron Mathison), or it will be the best day of his ever-loving life.
Curtis is about to be highly disappointed. When Nathan (Ryan Paevey) catches up to him, Curtis wonders, “Am I under arrest?” This moment is the product of Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) and Nathan poring over the alibis and motives for the non-Willow persons of interest in the Drew shooting case. Will Nathan simply tell Curtis that the PCPD has its eyes on Curtis, or will Nathan actually arrest the Aurora Media CEO?
Apparently, Trina’s Thanksgiving doesn’t get any better. She and Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) walk in on Marshall (Robert Gossett) and Stella (Vernee Watson), and she doesn’t like what she hears. “What did you just say?” Trina inquires.
This could be anything, including finding out that her mom is pregnant. Whatever Trina overhears causes her to drop a Thanksgiving dish, so it has to be a doozy.
Finally, Carly (Laura Wright) is alone, and she’s in danger. Somebody comes at her from behind, and she puts the fireplace poker, or whatever she is holding, to good use. And while we see Carly, we hear a voice that sounds like Brennan’s (Chris McKenna), who says, “Oh My God.” What is that all about? Who could Carly’s intruder be?
