General Hospital spoilers for October 27-31, 2025 tease a lot of tricks and not so many treats during this Halloween week in Port Charles.
Ronnie’s Shocker
Ronnie’s (Erika Slezak) received mixed reactions to her arrival in Port Charles so far. The Quartermaines see her as a new family member, Tracy (Jane Elliot) sees her as a threat, and Drew (Cameron Mathison) sees her as a new ally.
Now, as if inheriting the mansion and kicking Tracy out wasn’t shocking enough, Ronnie is said to shock The Q’s come Wednesday. There’s no telling what this announcement is, but whatever happens, it will leave Tracy drowning her sorrows come Thursday.
What’s Going On With Nathan?
Nathan’s return from the dead has been a conundrum for Port Charles and viewers alike. No one knows where’s he’s been, how he’s alive, or why he keeps sneaking evil glances.
Nathan will start the week making a promise, then issue a mid-week warning to someone. Between being questioned by Brennan (Chris McKenna) about his father’s final project and Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) concerned about his relationship with James (Gary James Fuller), there’s no telling what Nathan’s got up his sleeve next.
Odds and Ends
Things haven’t been going so well for The Ashfords; Curtis (Donnell Turner) and Portia (Brook Kerr) are both suspects in Drew’s (Cameron Mathison) shooting, they’re getting divorced, and Portia has no idea who her baby’s father is. After a mother-daughter heart-to-heart on Monday between Portia and Trina (Tabyana Ali), Curtis will be left reeling on Tuesday, leading to a tense encounter with Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) on Wednesday.
Elsewhere, now that Tracy is living with her former stepdaughter Lulu (Alexa Havins), in a house full of Alan’s (the late Stuart Damon) possessions she packed up from the mansion, she and Lucy (Lynn Herring) will end the week reminiscing about her brother.
