General Hospital spoilers for March 23-27, 2026 tease time may run out for someone, while another makes a gruesome discovery.
Does Britt Make It Out Of Port Charles?
Last we saw Britt (Kelly Thiebaud), she was standing on the pier with Lucas (Van Hansis), grateful that he and Marco (Adrian Anchondo) got her medication. But when someone was peering at her from behind the wall, it turned out to only be Rocco (Finn Carr).
As the three stand on the pier, Monday will result in Britt being in the line of fire. But it may not be Britt who is targeted when she becomes the one racing against time on Wednesday.
Considering Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) becomes the bearer of bad news on Wednesday, followed by Sonny (Maurice Benard) demanding answers and Gio (Giovanni Mazza) seeking out Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) on Friday, it could very well be Rocco who takes a hit for Britt. That, or Lucas becomes a victim, leaving Rocco to help his surrogate mom stabilize him after revealing his interest in becoming a doctor.
Alexis’ Gruesome Discovery
Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) has been caught between Jason (Steve Burton) and Tracy (Jane Elliot) for guardianship of Danny (Asher Antonyzyn), but that may be about to take a backseat when she makes a gruesome discovery on Tuesday.
Odds and Ends
As for Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton), she’ll give Tracy the news of her and Chase (Josh Swickard) fostering little Phoebe on Monday.
On Tuesday, Nathan (Ryan Paevey) will swear Lulu (Alexa Havins) to secrecy…but about what? By Thursday, Nathan will be making a promise while Lulu does some digging on Friday.
Finally, Thursday will see Joss (Eden McCoy) put pieces together. Could this be about Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) and whatever he has to do with Faison (Anders Hove). When the young WSB agent makes an offer on Friday, only tell will tell who it’s for.
