General Hospital spoilers for the week of March 16-20, 2026 tease interruptions, outrage, and awareness in Port Charles.
GH Supports Endometriosis Awareness Month
It was previously announced that Kate Mansi (Kristina) will have another go as director for the Monday, March 16 episode in support of Endometriosis Awareness Month. Molly’s (Kristen Vaganos) recent endo flare-up sent her to the hospital and scared Cody (Josh Kelly), and on Monday, spoilers tease Cody will let her know where he stands after Molly explains her condition to her boyfriend.
Nathan And Lulu Are On
Nathan (Ryan Paevey) and Lulu (Alexa Havins) have had a rocky road to romance, especially after the way Maxie (Kirsten Storms) reacted to the news. And even after Maxie admitted to Lulu that she’ll resent her for dating her ex-husband, on Wednesday, Nathan and Lulu will go on their first date.
But by Thursday, their date will be interrupted, leading to Nathan giving Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) a warning on Friday. Of course, this warning could be unrelated to Lulu and have to do with the mysterious Delilah, but if it is about Lulu, Dante will probably find solace in his new pal Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst), who will discuss her future with Ric (Rick Hearst) on Tuesday.
Odds and Ends
Jason (Steve Burton) is expected to leave Port Charles with Britt (Kelly Thiebaud), but not just yet. On Monday, he’ll make a vow with Sonny (Maurice Benard), followed by a tough conversation on Wednesday. The week will end with Jason taking action and Britt being left shaken, and only time will tell how their escape plan plays out.
On the Portia (Brook Kerr) and Jordan (Tanisha Harper) front, Portia will be left outraged over her realization about Jordan’s possible pregnancy, leading her to make a big decision.
