Following the revelation that he is not Trina’s (Tabyana Ali) biological father, Taggert (Réal Andrews) heads off to drown his sorrows. He’s soon joined by Jordan (Tanisha Harper) who manages to wring from him an outpouring of pent-up emotions.
When a gift-bearing Spencer (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) puts in an appearance at Curtis’s (Donnell Turner) birthday bash — as Trina’s invited guest — look for mama bear Portia (Brook Kerr) to take the opportunity to confront the young man and lay all her cards on the table.
