General Hospital spoilers for the week of February 16-20, 2026 tease a homecoming just before a big goodbye for Port Charles.
Remembering Luke Spencer
GH promised another tribute to the late Anthony Geary, who passed away in December, and Friday teases the moment fans have been waiting for. While GH already remembered Geary with a tribute card and a short montage of Luke featuring Genie Francis (Laura), Laura Wright (Carly), and Nancy Lee Grahn (Alexis), Friday’s tribute will be an entire episode’s length and see “the citizens of Port Charles remember the late Luke Spencer.”
Maxie Comes Home
Now that Maxie (Kirsten Storms) is awake and well, it’s time for her to come home to Port Charles. She just learned she suffered a heart attack, fell into a coma, then reunited with her family and found out that Nathan (Ryan Paevey) is alive. Monday teases that she’ll be stunned as Felicia (Kristina Wagner) explains how Nathan resurfaced, then Thursday will see her return home.
But before she graces Port Charles with her presence, her loved ones will be in need of some serious counseling come Wednesday. While Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) worries about what’s next for him and Maxie alongside Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton), who knows about Nathan and Lulu’s (Alexa Havins) secret feelings, Nathan will confide in Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) about the women in his life.
Odds and Ends
As Valentine’s Day continues in Port Charles, Ric (Rick Hearst) and Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) will go on their date, while Carly and Jason (Steve Burton) have a little friends Valentine’s date.
After catching Marco (Adrian Anchondo) in two nefarious conversations, by Tuesday, Lucas (Van Hansis) will be adamant, presumably about his relationship.
All this while Michael (Rory Gibson) winds up in the hot seat come Friday, after Dante makes an admission to his brother on Tuesday.
