For the week of February 19 – February 23 on General Hospital, spoilers tease characters in distress, in disagreements, and so much more. This will be a week you won’t want to miss!
Nina Reeves’s (Cynthia Watro) primary focus is coming back from rock bottom. Admittedly, her healing process includes a bit of revenge. This time, her methods mean she turns to her ride or die, Valentin (James Patrick Stuart). The two don’t judge each other and they go to bat for each other even when it involves an unethical or illegal activity. Look for Valentin to counsel his friend — does he advise her on the next steps of conquering all enemies in one fell swoop? It could happen.
Nina crosses paths with her most bitter of enemies, Drew (Cameron Mathison) and Carly (Laura Wright). Surprisingly, during this interaction, she makes a revelation. Is she about to drop a mea culpa on them? Or drop something much more devastating and damaging? Speaking of Carly and Drew, they’re not having the best week. Unsurprisingly, they find themselves at odds with each other. Presumably, this is about Drew’s revenge fantasies featuring Nina.
Look for Curtis (Donnell Turner) to be a source of comfort for his daughter. Trina’s (Tabyana Ali) clearly struggling in the wake of Spencer’s disappearance. She must feel robbed and cheated over the future she thought she was going to have with her boyfriend. Hopefully, Curtis can come up with the perfect words to help her banish dark thoughts and depressive feelings.
In other Curtis news, he makes a stunning admission to Portia (Brook Kerr) that rocks her world. Has he made improvement with his physical therapy? Or does this revelation involve a topic completely different?
Sonny (Maurice Benard) is well aware that he’s a target, as are mobsters all over the country. And he probably knows that mob queen Olivia Jerome (Tonja Walker) was a recent casualty of this mysterious and deadly war. It’s easy to guess why he and Selina (Lydia Look) are now putting their heads together to end this insanity once and for all. If Olivia’s gone, they know they’re definitely next.
Meanwhile John!Jagger (Adam J. Harrington) is back on the scene and working the string of mob hits case. When he’s able to chalk out a win and thwart Anna (Finola Hughes) and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna), how will Anna react? The new commissioner can’t be anywhere near happy to take the loss.
Finally, Kristina (Kate Mansi) and Blaze (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) take a break from the pressures of being a famous singer and business owner/surrogate to enjoy a romantic evening. Considering Eva LaRue is about to start appearing as Blaze’s mom soon, will their perfectly romantic evening be interrupted?
