The next General Hospital spoilers video for Wednesday, September 18, 2024, focuses on almost apologies and anguished reactions to unfair circumstances.
At GH, Liz (Rebecca Herbst) and Ric (Rick Hearst) interact. Hopefully, the almost apology the Head Nurse mentions is about Ric urging her to go to the cops regarding Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) dumping the gun over the bridge. After all, he took a little too much pleasure in giving his witness statement.
Meanwhile, at Pentonville, Heather’s (Alley Mills) confidence clearly comes from knowing she has Ric representing her. Should she be so sure she will be going free?

Jumping back to GH, Felicia’s (Kristina Wagner) soothing voice tells us she’s in patient-advocate mode. Who is she helping? Is it somebody worried about Lulu (soon-to-be Alexa Havins)?
Next up is Dante (Dominic Zamprogna), who looks like he’s talking to himself. In addition to worrying about Lulu, he must finally know that Jason (Steve Burton) and Anna (Finola Hughes) are heading to Somalia to extract Lucky (Jonathan Jackson).

Elsewhere, Natalia (Eva LaRue) tells Sonny (Maurice Benard) something he really doesn’t need to hear. She claims the cops are going to find out who murdered Cates (Adam J. Harrington). Who wants to let her know that she’s really overestimating the PCPD?
Finally, Kristina (Kate Mansi) reacts to the judge denying Alexis bail. This means Alexis goes straight to Pentonville until her murder trial. This isn’t good because a distraught Kristina is liable to take action, which might make this situation more of a mess than it already is.
