The next General Hospital spoilers for Friday, June 28, 2024, focus on delicate and not-so-delicate conversations. The not-so-delicate convo involves Jason and Carly, who experience a sudden blip in their friendship. Will it be a minor or major blip?
Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) have important decisions to make. As a result, the two mull over Tracy’s idea, which involves moving into the Q manse. Tracy (Jane Elliot) feels it’s the best situation for them and for Violet (Jophielle Love — who talks about her goodbye scenes with Michael Easton). After all, she needs extra love and care now that her father’s in rehab for the next three months.
While Chase is now Violet’s guardian, Blaze (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) and Kristina (Kate Mansi) discuss a different type of custody situation. Kristina claims she’s worried about what will happen to the baby if Molly (Kristen Vaganos) and TJ (Tajh Bellow) end their domestic partnership. Subsequently, Kristina wants to make preparations now. She’s already drawn up papers. And that’s why Blaze asks, “Are you saying that you would actually try to get custody for Molly?” How messy is this going to get?
A frantic Ava (Maura West) continues her quest to prevent Sonny (Maurice Benard) from seeking sole custody of Avery. Clearly, she “cannot allow that to happen!” So, who does she reach out to during today’s episode? Is it Laura, as teasers suggest?
Meanwhile, Ava isn’t even a blip on Sonny’s radar. He’s busy engaging in another bonding session with Natalia (Eva LaRue). He’s happy he’s finding new friends. Well, he may be happy he still has a friend since that hasn’t been the case as of late.
Finally, Jason (Steve Burton — who’s celebrating a birthday) and Carly (Laura Wright) work out their issues loudly. According to Jason, “Everything that I sacrificed to protect you means nothing!” Is this emotional reaction before or after Carly tells her best friend about her conversation with Brennan (Charles Mesure)?
