General Hospital Spoilers Video Preview June 19: Returns, Results, and a Reconnection

The next General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, June 19, 2024, focus on giving advice, waiting for the answer to prayers, and… Mac’s return! John J. York is back airing on GH today!

Coming up in Port Charles

When do you think Gio (Giovanni Mazza) will stop bringing up Sonny (Maurice Benard) in Joss’s (Eden McCoy) presence? Because the expert violinist has a different perspective on the man. Plus, we don’t want another case of what recently happened with Kristina (Kate Mansi). Sonny needs to have at least a handful of people in Port Charles on his side. So, what will Gio think about Joss’s continued disdain for his very special benefactor?

Maxie (Kirsten Storms) and Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) look shocked as they face the open door. Who could it be? Why, it has to be Mac (John J. York,)! Mac has been gone for roughly six long months but has finally returned to Port Charles. First thing he needs to do? Spend a serious amount of quality time with his family.

With Mac back in PC, it’s very convenient that Cody (Josh Kelly) is talking about not being sure he can walk something back. He feels guilty for lying to Mac about not being his son. No matter. There’s no time like the present to announce to Mac that he’s Cody’s bio-dad. It could be everything that Mac wants. And a skittish Cody needs to get over the whole walking back thing and just let Mac know already!

Unexpected characters interacting is our jam. Hence, it’s great to see TJ (Tajh Bellow) and Felicia (Kristina Wagner) conversing in the halls of GH. One question: why would TJ let Felicia know that she thinks of everything? Another question: Shouldn’t Felicia be wherever Mac is?

Teasers suggest Cody turns to Tracy (Jane Elliot) for advice. Presumably, for his dad dilemma. However, it sounds like Cody might also inspire Tracy.

Diane (Carolyn Hennesy) shows up at Alexis’s (Nancy Lee Grahn) office with what could be her golden ticket out of a life in journalism and back into a life of the law. Did the Bar Association’s panel decide in Alexis’s favor? Or did they reject her appeal, causing mounds and mounds of angst for Alexis?

Meanwhile, Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) are in the midst of trying to stop Finn’s downward spiral, get him into rehab, and take care of Violet (Jophielle). Unsurprisingly, the two are drowning, and Chase realizes he can turn to someone who can give him sage advice. Is that person Stella (Vernee Watson)?

Finally, it looks like a sunny and fun day at the Metro Court Hotel pool for Sonny (Maurice Benard). He hasn’t really let loose in a long time. Apparently, he runs into someone, and that person doesn’t run away or want to do him in. Things are looking up! It has to be Natalia (Eva LaRue), whom he hasn’t seen since the wedding that ended in disaster for him. (GH EP Frank Valentini hints at a major character’s return here)
