The next General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, July 24, 2024, mostly focus on intense situations, conversations, and confrontations.
Coming up in Port Charles
Thanks to Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton), it’s time for Kristina (Kate Mansi) and Blaze (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) to meet the press, in this case, Perez Hilton. They hope to accomplish much with this interview — explain their perspective and repair Blaze’s reputation. After all, many of her fans don’t understand why she needed to hide who she really is from them.
Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) wants to genuinely know what Nina (Cynthia Watros) thinks during a brainstorming session. Who wants to bet their conversation will, at one point, focus on Drew, used-to-be Cain, and is now Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison)?
Meanwhile, they were enemies, then besties, then enemies again. A busy Nina has time to face off with Ava (Maura West), who’s currently poking the bear that is Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) with this custody trial. At least that’s everybody’s perspective except Ava’s. She simply will go scorched earth to keep from losing Avery (Ava and Grace Scarola). Nina tells Ava to be thankful that the worst Sonny does is to take sole custody of their daughter. Will the Crimson head follow through on the plan she told Sonny? Will she tell Ava she’ll testify on her behalf, then turn around and wax poetic about Sonny, the good dad?
Next, Jason (Steve Burton) has his work cut out for him. How will he stop Carly (Laura Wright) from taking matters into her own hands? The thing is, Jason is still on the hook with Cates (Adam J. Harrington), who is railroading him into another mission. Of course, Carly won’t just stand there and let her bestie get on that bus to further misery. So what will she do? Will she turn herself in, enlist help, or will she keep herself in check and let Jason get himself out of this mess?
Understandably, Anna (Finola Hughes) has had it with Cates. In the past, the man constantly undermined her and even thought she was the head of Pikeman. Currently, she attempts to make good on her promise to Jason. This means she will do what she can to get him out from under Cates’s thumb. First, she went above the agent’s head and called his boss. It looks like the next thing she does is tear Cates a new one. Go, Anna! (Why Lulu waking up is the twist GH needs)
