General Hospital Spoilers Video Preview July 10: Past, Present, and Future Betrayal

Coming up in Port Charles

Cody (Josh Kelly) deals with the fallout of his actions. Good thing Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) is around to advise him. However, she sounds a bit ominous with said advice. What’s Cody thinking about doing?

Meanwhile, Maxie (Kirsten Storms) and Felicia (Kristina Wagner) compare notes on Cody’s betrayal. He sat on the lie for so long. And the reason he lied was incredibly foolish, senseless, and…illegal. Will they encourage Mac (John J. York) to forgive his son and accept him into the family?

Two other people analyzing the consequences of actions are Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) and Drew (Cameron Mathison — who has a new project in his life). The wannabe Congressman says, “One kiss doesn’t have to change anything.” How could he say that? Sure, Willow has no idea that he and her biological mother are currently flinging it up on an occasional basis. But, remember, she is married. Willow, a moralistic person, will feel nine kinds of guilt. She won’t be able to help it. Yeah, Drew. Her life has changed.

Elsewhere, Ava (Maura West) is in a pretty familiar place. She threatens someone, telling this person they are going to do what she wants. Who is she attempting to bend to her will in her fight to keep Avery (Ava and Grace Scarola)? And will they do what she wants?

The object of Ava’s rage is busy making plans of his own. Sonny (Maurice Benard — who explains why he temporarily left GH here) knows this war with Ava will get nasty, so he warns someone that they may have to testify. Is it Natalia (Eva LaRue) who can bring up this whole leaked homophobic rant business? Maybe it’s Kristina (Kate Mansi), who Ava will surely enlist as a witness to Sonny’s rage. Who will it be?

Finally, Carly (Laura Wright) and Jason (Steve Burton) speak to each other using their normal voices, which is a vast improvement from the last time they talked. Carly wants to know why her bestie can’t tell Sonny everything about his FBI Informant business from beginning to end. Yeah, that’s what we want to know too, Jason! Does this teaser suggest that’s about to happen?
