In the next General Hospital, spoilers for Friday, April 19, 2024, reveal characters making frantic pleas and expressing wedding joy. Then there’s Sonny, who’s feeling fury over the unforgivable.
It feels like Lois (Rena Sofer) has been inviting the guests to Brook Lynn’s (Amanda Setton) and Chase’s (Josh Swickard) wedding individually. Her big coup? She secured a yes from Sonny (Maurice Benard). Now she can get down to the business of spreading wedding joy to Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) and her daughter.
A frantic Joss (Eden McCoy) tells someone they, “have to turn him down!” Sounds like Joss asks Anna (2024 Daytime Emmy nominee Finola Hughes) to cut Dex (Evan Hofer) loose from the police force. She feels his new gig will put him in Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) line of fire…again. Does Anna’s call in the next scene mean she listens to Joss? Or is she dealing with an entirely different emergency?
Does Nina (2024 Daytime Emmy nominee Cynthia Watros) think selling her half of the Metro Court to Jason will help her score points with Sonny? Is Drew (Cameron Mathison) about to tell the Crimson head that she’s delusional if she thinks this move will even register on Sonny’s radar?
Meanwhile, is Jason (Steve Burton) making his case for giving Carly (Laura Wright) back her stake in Metro Court?
Finally, Sonny tells Ava (Maura West), “That is unforgivable.” This could describe anyone in the Port Charles city limits at this point. After all, he feels everyone’s betrayed him.
