On the next General Hospital, spoilers for Thursday, June 6, 2024, focus on poolside introductions and recording studio disagreements. Finn’s family is also concerned about his well-being.
Apparently, GH’s Metro Court Hotel pool set is back in action. Did Joss (Eden McCoy), the MCH Pool Lifeguard, cause an accident? Let’s just say the Port Charles summer season begins with a splash! (Check out who from GH is presenting at the Daytime Emmys this week)
Trina (Tabyana Ali) is already taking advantage of the warm temps and parking herself at the Metro Court pool. She asks someone, “Is this something you’d be interested in?” Is she talking to Gio (Giovanni Mazza), who’s new to the scene?
Yikes. Another tense conversation between Natalia (Eva LaRue) and Kristina (Kate Mansi) is coming. If Kristina says, “Shouldn’t we let Ali (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) decide what she wants?” then Natalia (who’s sticking her foot in it all the time) is making assumptions where she shouldn’t. Yes, she knows her daughter let her conflict with Kristina affect her in the studio. But that doesn’t mean Natalia can dictate Blaze’s life and life choices.
Even Violet (Jophielle Love) knows something’s up with her dad. She asks Maxie (Kirsten Storms — who opened up about her healing journey here) as much. Speaking of Finn (Michael Easton), what is he talking about when he says, “I don’t think I could have done what you did?” The tone of his voice and the expression on his face are concerning, right? The man is struggling.
Finn struggling isn’t a difficult observation to make. After all, Chase (Josh Swickard) witnessed his brother downing shots after Gregory’s memorial service. He must tell Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) about it because she says, “I was worried that something like this would happen.” Chase’s response is a bit testy with his wife. But, really, they should all know that Finn’s spiraling, and this time, he’s using alcohol as his gateway to rock bottom.
