General Hospital Spoilers Video Preview August 9: Broken Hearts and Mended Fences

Drew (Cameron Mathison) is a mad multitasker. Firstly, he’s running for Congress. Secondly, he still has Aurora to consider, although he leaves the heavy lifting for Michael (Chad Duell). Thirdly, he secretly kissed Willow (Katelyn MacMullen), who’s married to Michael. Yet he still manages to flirt with her whenever he sees her. And now a peppy Drew has some good news, presumably for Willow.

Meanwhile, Laura (Genie Francis) and Heather (Alley Mills) have a meeting of the minds. Will Heather get Laura’s advice about Scotty (Kin Shriner) being interested in taking her case? What’s her response? And why does the mayor give the prisoner her word?

At GH, Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) gives Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) sage advice that she can’t do it all alone. What exactly is Alexis looking to do? Destroy Ava (Maura West), help Kristina (Kate Mansi) heal physically and emotionally, and ensure Molly (Kristen Vaganos) is okay and healing has to be on her list. Alexis does have a lot on her plate. Got it.

Has hell frozen over? Are Michael and Nina (Cynthia Watros) having a peaceful sitdown? No venomous words are exchanged? In fact, did we just hear Michael compliment his mother-in-law? This does not compute. Maybe Soap Hub’s speculation isn’t far off?

Understandably, Kristina is upset, and she wants revenge. Sonny (Maurice Benard), no doubt, is in total agreement. For the moment, will he put aside his vengeful thoughts to focus on his daughter’s pain and let Jason (Steve Burton) scare the you-know-what out of Ava? What steps will Sonny take next?
